Atualmente, esses processos s\u00e3o utilizados a fim de se produzir pe\u00e7as com geometrias complexas, para prot\u00f3tipos ou produtos personalizados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O conceito surgiu no Jap\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de pesquisas de Hideo Kodama, desenhista automotivo. Fonte: <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/photos\/UqCCSbAIaDU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Unsplash<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>O desenvolvimento das impressoras, dos softwares de CAD (desenho auxiliado por computador) e das tecnologias de <strong>manufatura aditiva<\/strong> permitiram a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos objetos como colecion\u00e1veis, carros e at\u00e9 casas. Essas t\u00e9cnicas continuam sendo estudadas e melhoradas, e a cada dia surgem novas ideias e projetos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Manufatura Aditiva<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m pode ser conhecida como <a href=\"https:\/\/materiaisjr.com.br\/impressao-3d-em-metais\/?utm_source=bloglb&amp;utm_medium=c2lab&amp;utm_campaign=mamp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">impress\u00e3o 3D<\/a>, e na maioria dos casos o processo \u00e9 realizado com mat\u00e9ria prima-polim\u00e9rica. Por\u00e9m, como veremos neste artigo, tamb\u00e9m foi poss\u00edvel a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9todos para deposi\u00e7\u00e3o progressiva de metais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como funciona a Manufatura Aditiva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funcionamento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O m\u00e9todo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.totvs.com\/blog\/gestao-industrial\/manufatura-aditiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">funciona<\/a> basicamente a partir de tr\u00eas etapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeiramente, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio realizar um <strong>projeto tridimensional<\/strong> em um software de CAD para definir os par\u00e2metros de formatos e medidas da pe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em seguida, o arquivo em CAD deve ser <strong>exportado para um software<\/strong> de fatiamento, conhecido como <em>slicer<\/em>, em que o projeto tridimensional ser\u00e1 dividido em camadas e transformado em arquivo G-code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, o arquivo \u00e9 <strong>enviado para a impressora 3D<\/strong>, que interpretar\u00e1 os par\u00e2metros e far\u00e1 a deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de material de forma progressiva, at\u00e9 que o objeto seja finalizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00e9cnicas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente, existem quatro t\u00e9cnicas de <strong>manufatura aditiva<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Estereolitografia (SLA):<\/strong> \u00e9 a t\u00e9cnica em que a impressora 3D funde e solidifica seletivamente cada camada de resina polim\u00e9rica atrav\u00e9s de feixes de laser ultravioleta (raios UV).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modelagem por Fus\u00e3o e Deposi\u00e7\u00e3o (FDM ou FFF): <\/strong>\u00e9 o processo em que a impressora deposita por extrus\u00e3o filamentos fundidos de mat\u00e9ria-prima polim\u00e9rica, camada por camada.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o Seletiva a Laser (SLS): <\/strong>\u00e9 o m\u00e9todo em que um feixe de laser de alta pot\u00eancia aglutina as camadas da pe\u00e7a de forma progressiva atrav\u00e9s da sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o seletiva do p\u00f3 polim\u00e9rico ou, em alguns casos, at\u00e9 v\u00edtreo. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o Direta de Metal a Laser (DMLS): <\/strong>\u00e9 o procedimento em que o p\u00f3 met\u00e1lico \u00e9 sinterizado, camada por camada, por um feixe de laser de alta pot\u00eancia, assim como no SLS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vantagens<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem algumas <strong>vantagens da Manufatura Aditiva <\/strong>em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a outros processos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais, que fomentam as pesquisas e os projetos dessas t\u00e9cnicas, cada vez maiores e mais frequentes. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/zmorph-all-in-one-3d-printers-FB1vd3XT_zQ-unsplash-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"manufatura aditiva_funcionamento_c2Lab_blog\" class=\"wp-image-1221\" width=\"512\" height=\"342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/zmorph-all-in-one-3d-printers-FB1vd3XT_zQ-unsplash-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/zmorph-all-in-one-3d-printers-FB1vd3XT_zQ-unsplash-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/zmorph-all-in-one-3d-printers-FB1vd3XT_zQ-unsplash-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/zmorph-all-in-one-3d-printers-FB1vd3XT_zQ-unsplash-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/zmorph-all-in-one-3d-printers-FB1vd3XT_zQ-unsplash.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura 2: Bancada de trabalho de Manufatura Aditiva. Fonte: <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/photos\/FB1vd3XT_zQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Unsplash<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>O principal benef\u00edcio \u00e9 projetar e fabricar produtos com <strong>geometrias complexas<\/strong> de forma simples, com menor gera\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos e consumo de energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ademais, a <strong>impress\u00e3o 3D<\/strong> permite a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de prot\u00f3tipos e pe\u00e7as finais de forma simples e r\u00e1pida, n\u00e3o necessitando de moldes e equipamentos caros e complexos. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel produzir em pequenas quantidades e de forma personalizada, em virtude do baixo custo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manufatura Aditiva de Metais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente, as t\u00e9cnicas de manufatura aditiva <a href=\"https:\/\/periodicos.unifor.br\/tec\/article\/view\/9917\/6240\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0 Metais<\/a> s\u00e3o o <em>Powder Bed Fusion<\/em> (PBF), <em>Direct Energy Deposition<\/em> (DED), <em>Binder Jetting<\/em> (BJ) e <em>Sheet Lamination<\/em> (SL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>maiores entraves<\/strong> para a ind\u00fastria de impress\u00e3o 3D de metais \u00e9 a variedade de metais utiliz\u00e1veis, e o aprofundamento de pesquisas para a\u00e7os de ligas com alta resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica.
