Esse processo se d\u00e1 em um molde positivo (convexo) ou negativo (c\u00f4ncavo) de uma s\u00f3 face. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como funciona o processo de Vacuum Forming<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente, uma chapa pl\u00e1stica \u00e9 produzida atrav\u00e9s de outro <strong>processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmeros<\/strong>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/lumaplasticos.com.br\/servicos\/vacuum-forming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">extrus\u00e3o<\/a>. Neste m\u00e9todo, gr\u00e2nulos de material termopl\u00e1stico s\u00e3o fundidos e pressionados por uma rosca contra uma matriz com perfil definido, neste caso, com formato retangular e espessura fina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em seguida, a chapa pl\u00e1stica \u00e9 levada at\u00e9 a m\u00e1quina de<strong> termoformagem \u00e0 v\u00e1cuo<\/strong>, que aquece o material atrav\u00e9s de resist\u00eancias el\u00e9tricas, at\u00e9 a temperatura ideal, em que a pe\u00e7a poder\u00e1 sofrer grandes deforma\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, a pe\u00e7a \u00e9 colocada sobre o molde com o formato definido, em uma etapa em que o v\u00e1cuo \u00e9 iniciado, causando uma <strong>press\u00e3o negativa<\/strong> que suga a chapa contra o molde, fazendo com que a pe\u00e7a adquira a geometria desejada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"891\" height=\"347\" src=\"https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/image.png\" alt=\"vacuum forming_processo_c2lab\" class=\"wp-image-1310\" srcset=\"https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/image.png 891w, https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/image-300x117.png 300w, https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/image-768x299.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 891px) 100vw, 891px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura 1: Processo de Vacuum forming. Fonte: <a href=\"http:\/\/file.sindiplast.org.br\/download\/links14\/apresentacao_sobre_transformacao_sindi.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sindiplast<\/a>. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mat\u00e9ria-prima, m\u00e1quina e produtos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A mat\u00e9ria-prima para o processo de <strong>vacuum forming<\/strong> \u00e9 fundamentalmente materiais termopl\u00e1sticos, em virtude da capacidade de extrus\u00e3o e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudosobreplasticos.com\/processo\/termoformagem.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">termoformagem<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>materiais mais utilizados<\/strong> s\u00e3o o PP (polipropileno), PE (polietileno), ABS (acrilonitrila butadieno estireno) e o PS (poliestireno). Al\u00e9m desses, o PET (polietileno tereftalato), PETG (polietileno tereftalato de etileno glicol) e o PC (policarbonato) podem ser utilizados, com menos frequ\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.injecaodeplasticos.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Como-funciona-a-termoformagem-a-v%C3%A1cuo.png\" alt=\"vacuum forming_m\u00e1quina_c2lab\" width=\"400\" height=\"200\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura 2: M\u00e1quina de vacuum forming.
