Essas macromol\u00e9culas, por sua vez, s\u00e3o constitu\u00eddas por mon\u00f4meros, unidades estruturais de baixa massa molecular as quais se unem em longas cadeias a partir de rea\u00e7\u00f5es qu\u00edmicas de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 da\u00ed que obtemos a palavra <strong>Pol\u00edmeros<\/strong> do grego <em>Poli<\/em>, &#8220;muitas&#8221;, e <em>mero<\/em>, &#8220;partes&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>processo de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> ocorre a partir da quebra de liga\u00e7\u00f5es dos mon\u00f4meros, atrav\u00e9s de catalisadores como o metais, \u00e1cidos, luz e calor, ou por meio de resson\u00e2ncia na estrutura com deslocamento de el\u00e9trons. Assim, val\u00eancias livres surgem nos mon\u00f4meros, permitindo que eles se combinem, por adi\u00e7\u00e3o ou condensa\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Import\u00e2ncia da fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmeros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para entendermos a <strong>import\u00e2ncia dos pol\u00edmeros<\/strong>, basta pensarmos na imensa quantidade de objetos do nosso cotidiano que s\u00e3o produzidos a partir desses materiais, como: embalagens, sacolas, cal\u00e7ados, roupas, cadeiras, mesas, o pr\u00f3prio mouse que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 segurando ou os componentes do seu celular, dentre outros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa variedade de produtos n\u00e3o seria poss\u00edvel atrav\u00e9s de outros materiais, e \u00e9 por isso que os pol\u00edmeros s\u00e3o t\u00e3o importantes na sociedade atual. Portanto, neste artigo, vamos conhecer as <strong>principais t\u00e9cnicas de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmeros<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00e9cnicas de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmeros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Abaixo, estudaremos cada um dos <strong>principais processos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmeros<\/strong>, da inje\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a manufatura aditiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inje\u00e7\u00e3o <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Efetua-se a <strong>inje\u00e7\u00e3o tanto para m<\/strong>ateriais termofixos quanto para termopl\u00e1sticos. O processo ocorre conforme as fases a seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente, a <strong>resina polim\u00e9rica<\/strong> \u00e9 selecionada, transportada e inserida no sistema de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e1quina injetora. Em seguida, o molde se fecha e \u00e9 travado, a fim de suportar a alta press\u00e3o do material nas cavidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, a rosca empurra os gr\u00e2nulos, plastificando e homogeneizando <strong>a mistura<\/strong> atrav\u00e9s do aquecimento produzido por resist\u00eancias el\u00e9tricas e pelo atrito entre as paredes da rosca e do cilindro. Fonte: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudosobreplasticos.com\/Imagens\/injetora1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tudo Sobre Pl\u00e1sticos<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Mant\u00e9m-se a <strong>press\u00e3o da inje\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> por alguns segundos, para evitar que se formem <strong>rechupes<\/strong> (defeitos estruturais caracter\u00edsticos por vazios entre a parede do molde e a pe\u00e7a injetada) durante a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o do material, em virtude de sua contra\u00e7\u00e3o volum\u00e9trica. Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>recomenda-se<\/strong> incluir um volume de 5 a 10% maior do que o necess\u00e1rio para completo preenchimento do molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando tanto <strong>a superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a<\/strong> em contato com a parede do molde quanto o interior da pe\u00e7a est\u00e3o s\u00f3lidos e resfriados, <strong>o molde<\/strong> <strong>se abre<\/strong> e a pe\u00e7a pode ser retirada manual ou automaticamente.<br><br>Quanto menor o <strong>tempo de resfriamento<\/strong>, mais r\u00e1pido ser\u00e1 o processo e consequentemente, maior ser\u00e1 a produtividade. Por\u00e9m, um tempo de resfriamento curto demais <strong>pode acarretar em problemas<\/strong> durante a retirada do molde ou afetar a vida \u00fatil da pe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extrus\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>processo de inje\u00e7\u00e3o pl\u00e1stica<\/strong> \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo de moldagem de materiais em que uma rosca pressiona mat\u00e9ria-prima polim\u00e9rica fundida at\u00e9 preencher as cavidades de um molde met\u00e1lico.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maispolimeros.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/componentes-extrusora.png\" alt=\"fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmeros_extrusora de pol\u00edmeros_c2Lab\" width=\"600\" height=\"212\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Fonte 2: Extrusora de pol\u00edmeros. Em seguida, a pr\u00e9-forma \u00e9 inserida no molde, aquecida e soprada por ar comprimido at\u00e9 assumir o formato do molde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, a pe\u00e7a \u00e9 resfriada, endurece e \u00e9 retirada, seguindo para acabamento ou distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. No caso de garrafas PET, o produto j\u00e1 sai finalizado, sendo levado diretamente para log\u00edstica e venda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termoformagem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>termoformagem<\/strong> \u00e9 um conjunto de processos de aquecimento de placas termopl\u00e1sticas planas, pr\u00e9-concebidas por meio da t\u00e9cnica de extrus\u00e3o polim\u00e9rica, utilizada para fabricar pe\u00e7as com o formato definido de um molde.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tudosobreplasticos.com\/processo\/imagens\/plugassist2.jpg\" alt=\"fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmeros_termoformadora de pol\u00edmeros_c2Lab\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura 4: Termoformagem de pol\u00edmeros. Fonte: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudosobreplasticos.com\/processo\/imagens\/plugassist2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tudo sobre Pl\u00e1sticos<\/a>. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>As <strong>principais t\u00e9cnicas de termoformagem<\/strong> s\u00e3o o vacuum forming, moldagem por press\u00e3o negativa, o vacuum casting, utilizada para prot\u00f3tipos de alta qualidade e o press molding, com uso de temperatura e press\u00e3o elevadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rotomoldagem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>rotomoldagem<\/strong> (ou fundi\u00e7\u00e3o rotacional, moldagem rotacional) trata-se de um processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais polim\u00e9ricos utilizado para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as abertas ou ocas, geralmente de grandes dimens\u00f5es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sulplast.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/diagramas\/rotomoldagem.PNG\" alt=\"fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmeros_rotomoldadora de pol\u00edmeros_c2Lab\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura 5: Rotomoldagem de pol\u00edmeros. Em seguida, o molde entra em rota\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto a resina \u00e9 aquecida at\u00e9 o ponto de derretimento. Ent\u00e3o, o pol\u00edmero se solidifica, adquirindo a forma do molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compress\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>moldagem por compress\u00e3o<\/strong> \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo de moldagem utilizado para pol\u00edmeros termorr\u00edgidos. Em seguida, a pe\u00e7a \u00e9 resfriada e retirada do molde, seguindo para o acabamento ou outros <strong>processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reciclagem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A palavra <strong>pl\u00e1stico<\/strong> vem do grego \u201cplastikus\u201d, que significa \u201cadequado \u00e0 moldagem\u201d.
