Acesse o artigo e entenda.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como funciona a Espectrometria de Absor\u00e7\u00e3o At\u00f4mica<\/h2>\n\n<p>Este ensaio funciona a partir da absorb\u00e2ncia de luz pelos elementos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tudo come\u00e7a <strong>na fonte<\/strong> de radia\u00e7\u00e3o eletromagn\u00e9tica, a qual emite luz para o atomizador, onde as amostras s\u00e3o decompostas sob a\u00e7\u00e3o do calor.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ainda no <strong>atomizador<\/strong>, cada \u00e1tomo absorver\u00e1 uma quantidade espec\u00edfica de radia\u00e7\u00e3o eletromagn\u00e9tica, os quais emitir\u00e3o espectros de luz caracter\u00edsticos de cada elemento qu\u00edmico, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da transi\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica da camada externa do \u00e1tomo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, esses espectros s\u00e3o filtrados em um <strong>monocromador<\/strong> e chegam ao <strong>detector<\/strong>, o qual identifica o espectro e manda um sinal para o equipamento, determinando-se ent\u00e3o o elemento qu\u00edmico presente e sua quantidade.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Outro ensaio amplamente empregado para caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica \u00e9 a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/c2lab.com.br\/blog-analise-elementar-chnso-entenda-como-e-porque-realizar\/?utm_source=c2lab&amp;utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_campaing=be11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">An\u00e1lise Elementar CHNS-O<\/a><\/strong>.
