No caso do FRX, a onda \u00e9 composta por Raios X e \u00e9 emitida pelos \u00e1tomos energizados na amostra analisada.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Dentro do equipamento de Fluoresc\u00eancia, ocorre a irradia\u00e7\u00e3o por um feixe de raios X diretamente na amostra, causando a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de raios X de radia\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria, caracter\u00edsticas dos elementos presentes nela.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>No caso dos elementos mais leves (principalmente em gases), o comprimento da onda produzida \u00e9 do mesmo tamanho do feixe de raios X emitido, tornando a an\u00e1lise praticamente imposs\u00edvel.
